For construction subcontractors

Another 40-page defect list from the main contractor?

Stop manually splitting reports into work instructions. Attach the PDF, describe the relevant work and review EMO’s task proposals. Organize the follow-up in one place.

The problem

The PDF is not the hard part. The handoff is.

Your foreman receives pages of observations, photos and apartment references. Which items belong to your team? Who handles each one? What is already done? Turning somebody else’s report into your own team’s work is the real job.

The PDF may be exported from a tool such as Congrid or another inspection system. EMO is not an official Congrid integration and no partnership is implied. The workflow starts with the file your team receives.

The EMO workflow

From observation to organized work.

Fictional example in adapted EMO screens. PDF attachment and reviewed task workflows are supported; automatic extraction of a whole defect PDF is not yet verified. Provide the relevant observations in Session and check every proposal.
