This website is operated by EMO Software Oy, Helsinki, Finland. EMO Software Oy is the controller for the personal data described here.

Early Access signups: if you submit your email address in the Early Access form, we store that email address, the time of the signup and a note of which page it came from.

Email messages: if you contact us by email, we hold that correspondence in our email system.

Technical request information: our hosting provider processes standard server log information — such as IP address, browser user agent, requested address and timestamp — as part of serving the site and protecting it from abuse. Your IP address is also used in a short-lived, non-identifying form to rate-limit repeated Early Access submissions.

Early Access emails are used only to contact you with occasional updates about EMO, including access before public launch. We do not sell or rent your email address, and we do not use it for unrelated marketing.

Technical request information is used to operate the site securely and reliably.

This site does not use advertising cookies, analytics tracking or third-party trackers, and does not build profiles of visitors.

Early Access emails are kept until EMO's public launch programme ends or until you ask us to remove your address, whichever comes first. Server log information is retained only for a short period by our hosting provider as part of normal operations.

You can ask us what data we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, ask us to delete it, or withdraw your consent to receive updates at any time. Email us and we will act on the request.
